Bible Journaling

I received a journaling Bible for Christmas from my husband and I am really enjoying it so far!  I know that a lot of Bible art journalers paint over the entire pages often, but my personal preference is to primarily use the margins or use a transparent form of art (watercolors) if it goes over the words so that I can still read the passages since this will be my primary Bible.

Ecclesiastes 3...I wanted to do the lettering this way and then
struggled to add an image that would be appropriate for the passage.

Here are some that I added to my Bible, but the concept was not mine...I was just enamored when I saw it.  Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?  :-)

There will be more to come...it's such a fun thing to be able to creatively enjoy my time in God's Word!
